What is the warranty period offered?

The warranty period offered is 1 year for all our products.

Is there a quantity requirement while placing an order?

Yes, we have an MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of 10 nos for all our standard products. In case of customized requirements the MOQ is decided as applicable to the customization.

What are the terms of payment?

For the 1st 5 transactions an entity carries out with us, 100% payment is to be made in advance, against PI. After the 1st 5 transactions, we offer a credit period of 30 days. (Taxes as applicable)
